You Know Exactly Which Ranch Cut Your Steak

Every Hearthcut order comes with ranch-of-origin information. No 'product of USA' mystery blends, no industrial feedlot ambiguity. When you order a ribeye, you know it came from Creekstone Farms in Kansas — and why that matters.

USDA Prime & Choice

Restaurant-Grade Beef. Not the Grocery Store Bin.

Grocery stores reserve their Prime and upper-Choice cuts for restaurant buyers. Hearthcut goes direct, so the same grade your steakhouse pays for is what lands on your doorstep. Heavy marbling. Deep flavor. No settling.

Questions Answered

The Straight Answers.

Do I have to subscribe to buy from Hearthcut?

Absolutely not. Hearthcut is 100% à la carte. Order what you want, when you want it. No subscription boxes, no auto-renewing plans, no lock-in. We believe great beef should be on your terms.

Where does Hearthcut source its beef?

Every cut comes from a named US ranch — Creekstone Farms in Kansas, High Plains Beef in Nebraska, Texas Longhorn Ranch, or Snake River Valley in Idaho. We never blend mystery sources or use composite 'Product of USA' labeling. You'll know your ranch.

What USDA grades do you carry?

We carry USDA Prime and upper-USDA Choice exclusively. Prime represents the top 2–3% of all beef graded in the US. If a cut doesn't meet that standard, it doesn't go on our shelf.

How does shipping work?

Every order ships vacuum-sealed and cold-packed with dry ice within 24 hours. We offer free shipping on orders over $75. Delivery is 1–2 business days across the contiguous US.

Can I order individual cuts or do I have to buy a bundle?

Individual cuts only. We built Hearthcut specifically for buyers who are tired of being forced into multi-pound bundles or pre-set boxes. Order one ribeye or twenty — your call.

What is the difference between Prime and Choice?

USDA Prime has the most intramuscular fat (marbling), which means richer flavor and more tenderness. Choice is still excellent beef with good marbling — it grades just below Prime and represents tremendous value for everyday grilling. Both grades on Hearthcut are sourced from the same named ranches.
